Fronberg is a district of the town of Schwandorf in the district of Schwandorf in Upper Palatinate ( Bavaria ).

geography

Fronberg is two kilometers northeast of Schwandorf an der Naab and is two kilometers from the A93 junction Schwandorf Nord . Fronberg is located in the west of the Upper Palatinate Lake District .

history

The former municipality of Fronberg with the former districts of Fronberg, Irlaching, Irrenlohe and Münchshöf came to the town of Schwandorf on July 1, 1972 during the municipal reform .
