The Fuldamobil S-4 is a car model from Elektromaschinenbau Fulda GmbH and was offered under the Fuldamobil brand . It appeared in 1955 as the successor to the Fuldamobil S-2 and was replaced by the Fuldamobil S-6 in 1956 . At the same time, the Fuldamobil S-5 was created with the same technology, but with an open roadster body in small numbers.

The closed two-door body offered space for 2 + 2 people. As with all models of the Fuldamobil, the doors were hinged on the B-pillar . At the rear of the vehicle there was a tailgate that contained the rear window and provided access to the luggage compartment above the rear wheel and the engine . The body parts were supplied by the United German Metal Works from Werdohl .

The air or fan-cooled single - cylinder two-stroke engine from Fichtel & Sachs had a displacement of 191 cm³ and developed 10 hp . It was mounted in front of the narrow-gauge rear axle and drove the rear wheels. A tricycle version with a single rear wheel was also available upon request . The top speed was 85 km / h.

The new price was DM 2,780 . Between September 1955 and October 1956, around 168 S-4 and S-5 models were built.
