Fynn Ranke (born January 5, 1993 in Kiel ) is a German handball player .

Career

Fynn Ranke began playing handball in his youth at SC Fortuna Wellsee. He later played at TSV Kronshagen and THW Kiel . In 2012, the 2.01-meter-tall runner moved to third division TSV Altenholz , with whom he was promoted to the 2nd handball Bundesliga in 2013. He continued to play for the zebras due to a second game right . In the 2012/13 season he played for the second team of Kiel in the handball Oberliga Hamburg - Schleswig-Holstein , and in the 2013/14 season he was part of the THW Bundesliga squad, with which he won the German championship in 2014. In the EHF Champions League he made his first appearance on November 20, 2013 in the home game against Dunkerque HB Grand Littoral , and made his debut in the handball Bundesliga against TuS N-Lübbecke on November 27, 2013 . After TSV Altenholz was relegated from the second division at the end of the 2013/14 season and therefore entered the third division in the 2014/15 season, as did the second team from Kiel , the THW ended its cooperation with TSV. As a result, Ranke decided to leave Altenholz and only play at THW. He has been under contract with VfL Bad Schwartau (since 2017 VfL Lübeck-Schwartau ) since the 2015/16 season .
