Gökay İravul (born October 18, 1992 in Denizli ) is a Turkish football player.

Career

society

İravul started playing football with the youth of Denizlispor . In 2005 he moved to the Fenerbahçe youth team. In 2010 he was appointed to the senior team. He played his first game in the senior team in a preparatory game against AZ Alkmaar in the summer of 2010. The first professional game he played on October 2, 2010 against Gençlerbirliği Ankara , when he came on for Mamadou Niang in the 88th minute .

For the 2012/13 season he was loaned to the second division Manisaspor . With this club he reached the autumn championship of the TFF 1st Lig . In the second half of the season, the club gambled away the championship lead and only reached the playoffs. In the playoffs they made it to the final and lost to Konyaspor here . For the new season İravul returned to Fenerbahçe and was loaned to the second division Adana Demirspor for the coming season . For the second half of the season, his loan deal with Adana Demirspor was terminated. He was then loaned to Manisaspor for the rest of the season.

After İravul was loaned the first half of the 2014/15 season to the second division Gaziantep Büyükşehir Belediyespor , he spent the second half of the season on loan at Albimo Alanyaspor . At the end of the season he was obliged by this club including the transfer fee. Here he and his team achieved the play-off victory of the TFF 1st Lig in the summer of 2016 and thus promotion to the Süper Lig . Promoted to the first Turkish league, he only played three competitive games in the first half of the season and was loaned to second division team Samsunspor for the second half of the 2016/17 season.

National team

İravul went through almost all Turkish youth national teams from the U-15. In 2009 he took the Turkish U-17 team at the 2009 FIFA U-17 World Cup in part, reaching with his team the quarterfinals.

With the U-19 he took part in the U-19 European Football Championship in 2011 , but was eliminated from the tournament with his team in the group stage.
