Teaching

At the center of Faltin's teaching is the idea that entrepreneurship is now generally accessible. In contrast to business administration , entrepreneurship is a creative act. In the knowledge society, a well thought-out concept of ideas (entrepreneurial design) is more decisive for the success of a company than the availability of large amounts of capital. In addition, a foundation can be made from finished components. Thanks to the global standardization of qualities and services in the form of components, the entrepreneur can even play a role in large companies. It is often enough to combine existing components in a new way.
