Günter Weihe (* 1941 in Berlin ) is a former German cyclist and national champion in cycling .

In 1958 he was with the BSG Post Berlin GDR youth champion in the team time trial . In the men's class he started for SC Dynamo Berlin . In 1962 Günter Weihe had his greatest success with victory in the GDR championship in sprint . In 1963 he won the silver medal at the championships on the tandem with Karl-Heinz Peter .

Günter Weihe is the younger brother of Wilfried Weihe , who also became a GDR champion in track cycling.
