Wilfried Weihe
Wilfried Weihe (* 1944 in Berlin ) is a former German cyclist and DDR -Master in cycling .
Athletic career
Wilfried Weihe, who began his career at BSG Post Berlin and later moved to SC Dynamo Berlin , became the GDR team pursuit champion in 1967 . In 1966 he was able to win the vice-championship title, in 1965 he was third in this discipline. In 1968 he achieved another national championship success with his club mate Heinz Richter in the two-man team driving with the GDR championship title . In 1966 he had already finished second in the championship race.
Familiar
Wilfried Weihe is the younger brother of Günter Weihe, who also became a GDR champion in track cycling.
