The 1999/2000 season of the GFA League First Division of the Gambian Football Championship took place between the end of 1999 and August 1, 2000. Ten teams played for the title, which Real de Banjul won for the 7th time. The bottom of the table Flamemins Football Club and FC Armed Forces had to relegate .
