The 2005 season of the GFA League First Division of the Gambian Football Championship took place between January 7, 2005 and July 7, 2005. Ten teams played for the title, which Wallidan Banjul was able to win for the 14th time. The bottom of the table Sait Matty Football Club and Kaira Silo had to relegate .
