The 2003/2004 season of the GFA League First Division of the Gambian Football Championship took place between December 18, 2003 and June 20, 2004. Ten teams played for the title, which Wallidan Banjul was able to win for the 13th time. The bottom of the table Starlight Gunners and Tallinding United had to relegate .
