The 2010 season of the GFA League First Division of the Gambian Football Championship took place between January 9, 2010 and June 9, 2010. Twelve teams played for the title, which Gambia Ports Authority FC won for the sixth time. The bottom of the table Hawks Banjul and Sea View FC had to relegate .
