Gangca (also Kangtsha ; Tibetan རྐང་ ཚ་ རྫོང , inscription after Wylie rkang tsha rdzong ; Chinese  刚察 县 , Pinyin Gāngchá Xiàn ) is a district of the Haibei Autonomous District of the Tibetans in the northeast of the Chinese province of Qinghai . It has an area of ​​12,500 km² and has around 40,000 inhabitants. Its main place is the large community Shaliuhe (沙柳 河镇).
