This was followed by other buildings that can be assigned to the Art Nouveau trend , including the El Águila department store from 1909, which he designed together with Jaume Alenyà, with whom he shared his architectural office. The Hotel Príncipe Alfonso on Cala Major followed in 1906, followed by the El Triquet building in 1909 , which, like the hotel above, was built in the neo- Mudéjar style .

In 1910 he submitted a draft to the city administration and transformed the Paseo de Sagrera into an impressive promenade in just two days in a night and fog action with around 200 workers under his direction. In 1912 the Escuela Graduada designed by him was inaugurated. The Bar Cristal building was built in 1916 with modernist elements that fit into the trend of Viennese Secessionism . In 1918 the steps of the mirador (viewpoint) of the La Seu cathedral in Palma followed.

Bennàssar's last creative phase (1920–1933) was under neo-baroque expression, some works in neo-renaissance style . Even neo-Gothic works were among his designs, such as the parish church of Esporles (1923). Likewise, the bell tower of the church belongs Els Dolors of Manacor (1929) to his works. Important works from this period include Can Tous (1922), Can Bibiloni (1928), Cas Nét (1929) and the bullring, the famous Coliseo Balear (1929), and the building of the former Cine Born cinema (1931).
