Gaspard Cuenot (born September 30, 1991 ) is a former Swiss biathlete .

Gaspard Cuenot starts for SC La Brevine . In 2008 he contested his first international race in the European Junior Cup . The first international championships were the 2010 Junior World Championships in Torsby . In Sweden, the Swiss finished 73rd in the individual, ninth in the sprint, tenth in the pursuit and seventh in relay with Kevin Russi and Sébastien Testuz . This was followed by the Junior World Championships 2011 Nové Město na Moravě , in which Cuenot was 70th of the individual, 32nd of the sprint, 29th of the pursuit and with Pascal Wolf , Mario Dolder and Serafin Wiestner 14th of the relay race. In 2012 he first competed in the junior races of the European Championships in Osrblie and was 20th in the individual, 25th in the sprint, 22nd in the pursuit and fifth in the mixed relay race with Elisa Gasparin , Patricia Jost and Kevin Russi. A little later he also took part in the 2012 Junior World Championships in Kontiolahti . In Finland, Cuenot reached the ranks 35 in the individual, 19 in the sprint and the pursuit and with Jules Cuenot , Kevin Russi and Pascal Wolf eighth in the relay.

On the second stop of the 2008/09 season , Cuenot made his debut in Obertilliach in the IBU Cup and was 98th of an individual. In Ridnaun he won points for the first time in his first season as 32nd. In Annecy in 2011 he achieved his best result in the racing series as 27th of an individual. The first international men's championship was the 2013 European Championships in Bansko . There Cuenot came 28th in the singles, 39th in the sprint and 35th in the pursuit. In 2015 he won the Swiss championships (sprint and mass start) in Lenzerheide. He has been running cross-country skiing for Michigantech in the USA since 2016 , where he won several NCAA races.

Nationally, Cuenot won bronze in the pursuit race at the Swiss Junior Championships in 2009 , and bronze in the sprint in 2010 . In 2011 he won the sprint race title in his age group and runner-up behind Mario Dolder in the mass start race. He also finished second behind Dolder in the 2010/2011 RWS Swiss Cup. In 2012 he was runner-up behind Sébastien Testuz in the sprint and won the title in the mass start race and the overall ranking of the RWS Swiss Cup in the 2011/2012 season.

Since 2007, Cuenot has also taken part in international cross-country skiing races, initially mainly in junior races , later also occasionally in FIS races and national Swiss championships.
