The Gauliga Sachsen 1935/36 was the third season of the Gauliga Sachsen in football. The championship was secured by the police SV Chemnitz with four points ahead of the team of the Dresdner SC . The police SV Chemnitz qualified for the final round of the German championship but dropped out after the group stage. The relegation ranks occupied the Sportfreunde Dresden and Dresdensia Dresden . TuRa Leipzig and Riesaer SV rose from the district leagues .
