The Gauliga Sachsen 1936/37 was the fourth season of the Gauliga Sachsen in football. BC Hartha secured the championship with a three-point lead over the team of the Police SV Chemnitz . BC Hartha qualified for the final round of the German championship but dropped out after the group stage. The relegation ranks were occupied by Riesaer SV and SC Wacker Leipzig . SpVgg Leipzig-Lindenau and SV Grüna rose from the district leagues .
