Gebhard Ziller
Gebhard Ziller (born March 17, 1932 in Konstanz ) is a German lawyer and administrative officer .
Life
Gebhard Ziller completed his legal studies with a doctorate. Since his studies he has been a member of the Catholic student association KStV Alamannia Tübingen . From 1976 to 1978 he was State Secretary in the Lower Saxony Ministry of Social Affairs , from July 1, 1978 to April 3, 1987 Director of the Federal Council and then from 1987 to 1996 State Secretary in the Federal Ministry of Research and Technology .
