The Geiersgrundbach is an approximately seven kilometers long southern and orographically left tributary of the Werthenbach in the districts of the villages of Hainchen and Werthenbach in the Siegen-Wittgenstein district in North Rhine-Westphalia .

The Geiersgrundbach rises about 450 meters southwest of the Jagdberg summit at an altitude of about 628 m above sea level. NHN .
