Geldona Morina (born November 8, 1993 in Klina , Federal Republic of Yugoslavia ) is a Kosovar - German soccer player .

Career

societies

Morina began her football career in the youth of SuS 21 Oberhausen and then moved to SG Essen-Schönebeck. From 2009 to 2010 she played in the U-17 team of FCR Duisburg and then became part of the second team in the 2nd Bundesliga . For this she completed 34 games in two years, in which she scored three goals. Morina came to her only appearance for the Duisburg first division team on March 14, 2012 in an away win against 1. FC Lokomotive Leipzig . For the 2012/13 season , like her teammate Madeline Gier , she joined the league competitor SGS Essen. There Morina signed a two-year contract. After her contract expired, she returned to Duisburg and joined the MSV for one season. In the summer of 2015, Morina moved to the second division club FSV Gütersloh 2009 . After two seasons in which she scored a goal in 36 appearances, Morina returned to MSV Duisburg in June 2017 .

National team

Morina made her international debut for the Albanian national team coached by Altin Rraklli in the World Cup qualifier against Norway on October 26, 2013 .
