Carolin-Sophie Härling (born March 21, 1991 in Frankfurt (Oder) ) is a German soccer player who plays both in the position of goalkeeper and as a striker.

Career

Härling began playing football at 1. FC Zeitz and came to Leipzig FC 07 via FC Sachsen Leipzig . In January 2010 she moved from the northeast region to the then second division club 1. FC Lokomotive Leipzig . In her first half series for locomotives, she came to five missions: two of them as a replacement for the regular goalkeeper Sandra Schumann, three as a field player. In the 2010/11 season , in which the team was promoted to the Bundesliga in second place in the 2nd Bundesliga North , she played the full distance as a goalkeeper; only on the 22nd and last day of the match she was replaced in the 90th minute for Griseldis Meißner. In the following year in the Bundesliga, Härling retained her position as the team's regular goalkeeper and was only represented on the 4th and 5th matchdays by Gaëlle Thalmann . In the 2010/11 and 2011/12 seasons she was used in the DFB Cup .

After the relegation of 1. FC Lokomotive Leipzig from the Bundesliga, Härling moved to city rivals SV Eintracht Leipzig-Süd in the Regionalliga Nordost in June 2012 , where she switched from the goalkeeper position to the attack, won the championship with the team in 2014 and was also the top scorer made a significant contribution with 26 goals in 21 games. In 2014/15 she was again top scorer in the Regionalliga Nordost with 18 goals in 22 games. For the 2015/16 season, Härling moved to league competitor 1. FFC Fortuna Dresden , where she made 42 league appearances over the next three seasons, scoring 22 goals. In summer 2018 she moved back to the Bundesliga for MSV Duisburg .
