Georg Abel

Georg Wilhelm Abel (also Jorge Guillermo Abel ) (born June 20, 1852 in Stettin , Prussia , † May 17, 1926 in Berlin-Schöneberg ) was a diplomat in Germany.

Abel was first consul of Guatemala in Prussia and from June 1910, after the consulate had been converted into a consulate general , consul general of the country in Berlin .

Georg Abel died in 1926 at the age of 73 in Berlin-Schöneberg and was buried in Cemetery I of the Jerusalem and New Churches in Berlin-Kreuzberg . The lattice grave with black inscription panels has been preserved.
