Georg Christoph von Daembke
Georg Christoph von Daembke (born February 5, 1719 in Dietrichdorf in the Neidenburg office ; † December 1, 1775 in Berlin ) was the second chief of the Invalid Corps and commander of the Invalidenhaus in Berlin .
Life
He is the son of the Prussian lieutenant Johann Siegesmund von Daembke.
Daemble went into Prussian service in 1740 with the "Truchseß" regiment and in 1741 was promoted to ensign . On December 2, 1744 he was second lieutenant and on April 27, 1752 prime lieutenant . By 1759 he was promoted to captain . It was not until 1767 that Daemle became a major . The following year he became lieutenant colonel and chief of the invalids corps as well as commander of the invalids house in Berlin .
He died there unmarried on December 1, 1775 and was buried in the Invalidenfriedhof .
