Georg Jakob Hirsch

Georg Jakob Hirsch (born February 5, 1794 in Alsheim ; † December 24, 1852 ibid) was a Hessian landowner and politician and member of the 2nd Chamber of the Estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse .

Georg Jakob Hirsch was the son of the landowner Johannes Hirsch and his second wife Anna Maria, née Adloff. Deer. He was a Protestant, was a landowner in Alsheim and married Anna Margharetha, née Mahlerwein, on March 11, 1817. Their son Friedrich Ludwig Hirsch also became a member of the state parliament.

From 1856 to 1865 he was a member of the Second Chamber of the Estates. He was elected for the constituency Rheinhessen 7 / Osthofen . In 1820 he was mayor of Alsheim.
