Johann Glaubrech

Johann Joseph Christian Friedrich Glaubrech (* May 24, 1800 in Mainz ; † July 12, 1862 there ) was a Hessian judge and politician and a former member of the 2nd Chamber of the Estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse .

Life

Johann Glaubrech was the son of Johann Joseph Glaubrech and his wife Susanne nee Lamm. Johann Glaubrech, who was a Catholic denomination, married Ottilia nee Trau. Their daughter Elise (1836–1905) later married the judge Georg Röder .

Johann Believe computing studied 1817 jurisprudence at the University of Giessen and graduated with a doctorate to Dr. jur. from. During his studies in 1819 he became a member of the Gießen General Burschenschaft Germania . After completing his studies, he became a police secretary in Mainz in 1820. In 1823 he became a lawyer in Mainz and in 1844 a supplementary judge at the Mainz Higher Court . In 1846 he became a senior judge in Mainz. In 1848 he was a member of the preliminary parliament .

politics

In the 5th to 10th electoral term (1832-1847) he was a member of the second chamber of the state estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse. In the state estates he represented the constituency Rheinhessen 7 / Pfeddersheim . In 1849 he was re-elected to the state parliament in a by-election for the deceased Conrad Heinrichs in the constituency Rheinhessen 8 / Osthofen. Also in the 12th electoral term he represented Osthofen in the state parliament (the electoral district was now the number Rheinhessen 11). He took liberal positions.
