Georg Stoll (politician, 1801)

Georg Servatius Wilhelm Carl Stoll (born June 30, 1801 in Nieder-Wöllstadt ; † March 19, 1855 ibid) was a German economist and liberal politician and member of the 2nd Chamber of the Estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse .

Georg Stoll was the son of the star landlord Johannes Heinrich Stoll and his wife Anna Elisabeth Maria, née Weis (s) enborn. Stoll, who was a Protestant, was an economist in Nieder-Wöllstadt and married Anna Katharina nee Walther (1801–1877).

In 1834 and again from 1841 to 1849 he was a member of the Second Chamber of the Estates. He was elected for the constituency of Oberhessen 10 / Butzbach . From 1838 to 1849 he was also mayor of Nieder-Wöllstadt. In 1848 he was a member of the preliminary parliament .
