Georgy Pestov
Georgij Pestov (born May 8, 1971 in Moscow , Soviet Union ) is a German - Russian cameraman .
Life
Georgij Pestov was born in the Soviet Union . He lived in Rome , Italy , for a year from 1981 to 1982 before emigrating to West Germany . In 1993 he graduated from the Johanneum in Lübeck . He then studied from 1994 to 1998 at the Gerassimow Institute for Cinematography and for two more years film at the University of Hamburg . He has been shooting music and advertising videos as a cameraman since 1997. He made his debut as a cameraman for a feature film with the television drama Riekes Liebe, which was broadcast in 2001 and directed by Kilian Riedhof .
