Gerald Gradwohl

Gerald Gradwohl (born April 15, 1967 in Wiener Neustadt ) is an Austrian fusion musician ( guitar ).

Live and act

Gerald Gradwohl attended the Josef Matthias Hauer Music School in Wiener Neustadt. In Vienna he studied classical guitar and jazz guitar (diploma 1989). From 1988 to 1998 he played in the rock theater project Hallucination Company and from the early 1990s belonged to the formation Face to Face (album Cats & Camels , with Michael Fischer, Bernhard Macheiner, Andi Hanauska, Oliver Gattringer), ThreeO (with Wolfgang Wograndl and Richard Filz ) and The Powergrade (with Nico Bernhardt, Wolfgang Wograndl); he also performed with Tangerine Dream from 1995-2006 . In the following years he played in the Peter Natterer Quartet ( In the Flow , among others with Wolfgang Puschnig ); He also presented the jazz rock productions Abq (Universal, 2003), Tritone Barriere (Esc, 2007), Sally Beth Roe (2009) and Raw (2016) under his own name .
