Gerardo de Jesús Rojas López (born April 13, 1957 in Teocaltiche ) is Bishop of Tabasco .

Life

Gerardo de Jesús Rojas López was ordained a priest on September 16, 1983 .

Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Nuevo Casas Grandes on May 22, 2004 . He received his episcopal ordination on August 4th of the same year by the bishop of Ciudad Juárez , Renato Ascencio León ; Co-consecrators were Giuseppe Bertello , Apostolic Nuncio in Mexico , and Hilario Chávez Joya MNM , Former Bishop of Nuevo Casas Grandes.

He was named Bishop of Tabasco on December 7, 2010, and was introduced to the office on January 19 of the following year.
