Giedrius Titenis (born July 21, 1989 in Anykščiai ) is a Lithuanian breaststroke swimmer . One of his greatest successes was the runner-up European title over 50 m breaststroke at the 2014 European Swimming Championships in Berlin .

In this competition he was only defeated in 27.34 s by the world record holder over this distance from the preliminary run, the Englishman Adam Peaty (27.00), and relegated the Slovenian Damir Dugonjič (27.48) to third place.
