Giovanni Battista Piccioli (born July 10, 1957 in Erbusco , Province of Brescia , Italy ) is auxiliary bishop in Guayaquil .
Life
Giovanni Battista Piccioli received on 12 June 1982, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
On 26 October 2013 it appointed Pope Francis to the titular bishop of Patara and ordered him auxiliary bishop in Guayaquil. The Archbishop of Guayaquil, Antonio Arregui Yarza , gave him episcopal ordination on February 8 of the following year. Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Portoviejo , Lorenzo Voltolini Esti , and the Apostolic Nuncio in Ecuador, Archbishop Giacomo Guido Ottonello .
