The 40th Giro del Trentino 2016 was an Italian road bike race . The stage race was held in the northern Italian region of Trentino / South Tyrol in the Alps . A stage start and a stage goal was in the state of Tyrol in Austria . It was held from 19 to 22. April 2016 instead. It was also part of the UCI Europe Tour 2016 and was classified there in the 2nd HC category.
