Gisela Lladó Cánovas (born January 1, 1979 in Barcelona ) is a Spanish singer . She achieved notoriety status in Spain after reaching 8th place in the first season of the Spanish Operación Triunfo .
Career after the Operación Triunfo
After the casting show, she released her first album, Parte De Mí , in 2002 . In the same year she took part in the Eurovision Song Contest as part of Rosa López 's background choir . They reached the 7th place.
Eurovision Song Contest 2008
After the 7th place in Tallinn she was selected internally by Andorran Radio to represent Andorra at the Eurovision Song Contest 2008 in Belgrade , Serbia . On March 1st, the video of the song Casanova came out. In Belgrade she did not manage to qualify for the final with 16th place in the first semifinals. She also won the Barbara Dex Award for worst outfit.
Voice actress
Gisela could be heard as a voice actress or singing voice in various Disney films, such as in Frozen . Gisela was featured in both the Spanish and Catalan versions.
