Giuseppe Rossino
Giuseppe Rossino (born January 15, 1880 in Robella di Trino , Vercelli province , Italy , † December 31, 1949 ) was an Italian clergyman and curial archbishop of the Roman Catholic Church .
Life
Giuseppe Rossino received on 20 July 1902, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
On March 28, 1931, Pope Pius XI appointed him . the Titular Archbishop of Thessalonica . The secretary of the Consistorial Congregation , Raffaele Carlo Cardinal Rossi OCD , donated him episcopal ordination on April 19 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Vercelli , Giacomo Montanelli , and the Bishop of Acireale , Evasio Colli . On March 9, 1946, Pope Pius XII appointed him . as secretary of the Congregation for Seminars and Study Institutions .
