Giuseppe Ruzzolini

Giuseppe Ruzzolini (born May 21, 1930 in Rome ; † April 16, 2007 there ) was an Italian cameraman .

Life

Ruzzolini started out as a camera operator; his first job as principal cameraman was Mario Landis Maigret à Pigalle . His work soon became one of the most popular and sought-after in the Italian film landscape. From 1967 to 1974 he worked with Pier Paolo Pasolini ; he also worked behind the camera for Sergio Leone several times. In 1983 he was involved in an attempt to revive 3D film . After his 75th film, he retired from the industry in 2000.
