The Glane is a river in France that runs in the Haute-Vienne department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region . It rises in the municipality of Saint-Jouvent , drains generally in a south-westerly direction and flows into the Vienne as a right tributary after 41 kilometers in the small town of Saint-Junien , between the suburbs of Glane and Pont Sainte-Elisabeth .
