The Gonbach is a right tributary of the Alsenz about three kilometers long .
course
The Gonbach rises on the eastern edge of the municipality of Gonbach and initially flows north. It runs continuously in the border area between the Palatinate Forest and the North Palatinate Bergland . After one and a half kilometers it reaches the district of Winnweiler and half a kilometer further it changes its direction of flow to the west. Then it crosses under the federal motorway 63 in order to flow into the Alsenz within the district Alsenbrück-Langmeil . The entire length of the Gonbach lies within the boundaries of the Donnersbergkreis .
