Greich is a village and a civic community with a civic council in the Ostlich Raron district of the canton of Valais .

The chapel of St. Agatha was built in 1511 and completely redesigned in 1616. No new residential buildings were built between the 18th century and 1981. The Mörel -Greich-Greicheralp aerial cableway was built in 1950. Greich was its own political municipality until November 1, 2003, when it merged with Goppisberg and Ried-Mörel to form the municipality of Riederalp . It was not until 2004 that Greich was made accessible by a road via Goppisberg.
