The Grom Bach is a left tributary of the Ohebach , which flows completely in the area of the municipality of Frielendorf ( Schwalm-Eder district ).
Its source is located southeast of Linsingen at an altitude of 278 m. ü. NN . From Linsingen, the Grom Bach flows first in a north-easterly direction and then turns to the north-west after about 600 meters. Shortly before Todenhausen , the Grom-Bach swings in an easterly direction, which it changes at the end of Todenhausen in a southerly direction in order to flow towards Spieskappel . Before the Grom brook reaches Spieskappel, it swings again to the northeast and immediately after crossing under the federal road 254 takes on the Hohlenbach coming from the south. Up to the confluence with the Ohebach (near the Weidemühle ) at the northern end of Frielendorf, the Grom Bach has covered 4.65 km and bridged a difference in altitude of about 36 meters.
