The Group DF is a Ukrainian conglomerate owned by Dmytro Firtaschs . He works in the fields of chemistry, metallurgy, natural gas and agriculture.
The subsidiary Ostchem is the world's third largest nitrate , fourth largest ammonia and twelfth largest urea producer . Krymski Titan is the largest producer of titanium dioxide in Eastern Europe.
Production in the Cherkassy Asot and Rivneasot fertilizer plants has been at a standstill since April 2015 after the gas supply was stopped due to a court decision.
