Guido Bontempi (born January 12, 1960 in Gussago , Italy ) is a former Italian cyclist . He began his career as a professional rider in 1981 and ended it in 1995. Since 1998 he has continued to work as a sporting director in cycling.

Bontempi was an all-rounder and good sprinter who was successful in both one-day races and tours .
