The Evangelical Lutheran listed Gustav Adolf Church is in Kleinkeula , a district of the Menteroda community in the Unstrut-Hainich district in Thuringia . The hall church , a building made of natural stone masonry , was built in 1885 in place of the previous church from the 17th and 18th centuries. It has a recessed polygonal apse , a risalit with the portal in the south and a recessed square church tower with four floors in the west. The top floor of the tower has triangular crowns on all sides . In between rises a slate - covered eight - sided pointed helmet . The church equipment is simple. The organ with 7 registers , divided into a manual and a pedal , was built around 1885 by an unknown organ builder .
