Guy Flanagan

Guy Nicholas Flanagan (born 1980 in New Longton , Lancashire , England ) is a British theater , film and television actor .

Life

Guy Flanagan was born in New Longton. He attended Cardinal Newman College and completed his acting training at the Drama Center in London. Flanagan's mother, Poppy Flanagan, is also an actress, previously working as a teacher. Flanagan's first television appearance was in the television series Henry VIII . Several roles in film and television productions followed. In 2004 he played Dino in Stoned , a film about Brian Jones of the Rolling Stones . In 2008 he got the lead role of the vampire Mitchell in the pilot of the television series Being Human , but was later replaced by Aidan Turner . In the same year he played Hans in the British-Russian co-production The Camp - We went through hell . In 2009 he starred alongside Matt Smith in the short film Together . In 2013 he played one of the leading roles with the swordsman Jokul in the movie Hammer of the Gods .

In addition to his appearances in film and television, Guy Flanagan can also be seen in the theater. In 2002, for example, he played Oswald in the play King Lear . This was produced by the RSC Academy . In 2007 he played Iachimo in the play Cymbeline . 2008 followed the role of Larson in Mimi and the Stalker .
