Hélder Maurílio da Silva Ferreira , called Helder (born April 13, 1988 in Ribeirão Preto ), is a Brazilian football player . The full-back played 68 games in French Ligue 1 and Romanian League 1 . He has been under contract with Goiás EC since the beginning of 2017 .
Career
In 2008 he came from the Brazilian second division club EC Juventude , where the defender had scored four goals in 51 league appearances, to the French first division club AS Nancy . In 2009 he was loaned for a year to the Romanian first division club Rapid Bucharest , which also secured a purchase option. In 2010 it was awarded to local rivals Dinamo Bucharest .
As part of a renewed loan deal, the league competitor FC Timișoara took him under contract in early September 2010 . There he reached the runner-up in 2011 behind Oțelul Galați . In the summer of 2011 he returned to Nancy. In winter 2013 he joined SC Internacional in his native Brazil. This lent him in mid-2013 for half a year to Ceará SC in the Série B from. In early 2014, league rival Náutico Capibaribe signed him . After nine appearances, he moved to EC Juventude in November 2015 . After a year and a half, he joined América Mineiro in Série A in May 2016 . With America, he finished the 2016 season in last place. At the beginning of 2017 he switched to Goiás EC .
