The HT Premijer Liga season 2018/19 (officially: Hrvatski Telekom Prva Liga ) was the 28th season of the highest Croatian league in men's basketball . The regular season started on October 6, 2018 and ended on April 20, 2019 with the 22nd and final game day. This was followed by the play-offs of the eight best-placed teams of the regular season for the championship. This lasted until May 30, 2019. KK Cedevita started the season as the reigning champion . However, the team had to surrender the title to record champions KK Cibona in the final of the play-offs . Thus, the team of coach Ivan Velić secured the 19th championship title.
