Thiladhunmathi Dhekunuburi ( South Thiladhunmathi Atoll ), with the Thaana short name ހދ( Haa Dhaalu or Haa Dhaal ), is an administrative atoll ( district ) in the north of the Maldives .

Apart from the 16 northernmost islands , it includes the entire northern part of the Thiladhunmathi-Miladummadulhu -atoll and the western Maamakunudhoo-Atoll . The population is around 16,200 (as of 2006).

16 islands are inhabited, in addition to the administrative main town on the island of Kulhudhuffushi in Thiladhunmathi Atoll (6,998 inhabitants) are the Faridhoo , Finay , Hanimaadhoo , Hirimaradhoo , Kuburudhoo , Kumundhoo , Kuribi , Maavaidhoo , Makunudhoo , Naivaadhoo , Nellaidhoo , Neykurendhoo , Nolhivaramu , Nolhivaranfaru and Vaikaradhoo . The district comprises a total of 38 islands.

In the north joins the province of Haa Alif , to which the northernmost part of the Thiladhunmathi-Miladummadulhu-Atoll belongs. In the south, Haa Dhaalu borders the Shaviyani Province .
