With 4,510 inhabitants (as of 2011), Haag is the second most populous district of Leonding .
geography
The district lies between two important railway lines: in the north the Westbahn , in the east on the Pyhrnbahn . In the south, Haag borders on the Leondingen district of St. Isidor and in the west on Hart .
history
The history of Hague and, above all, the increasing population in recent years is closely linked to the history of the "large" neighboring district of Hart. As a replacement for the high-rise buildings there, which have now been blown up, several hundred replacement apartments were built in Haag and the former residents of the high-rise buildings moved into them.
Infrastructure
Like the neighboring district of Hart, Haag is very well developed in terms of transport: the Linz tram line 3 has been running through Haag since August 2011 . The Kremstal Straße B139 runs right through Haag .
