The magazine was published by the “Working Group for History and Culture in East Central and Southeast Europe eV” in cooperation with the East Europe Center Berlin , headed by Detlef W. Stein, in the Normannenstrasse research and memorial site and was published by AGK-Verlag, Dinklage.
