Huskowa took part in the European Cup from 2006 and won the discipline classification in the 2008/09 season. On February 14, 2009 she made her debut in Moscow in the World Cup and finished 24th. At the 2009 World Championships in Inawashiro , she came 14th. Two years later she was at the 2011 World Championships in Deer Valley ninth. In the same month she came with seventh place in Moscow and eighth place in Minsk for the first time under the top ten in the World Cup. In the 2011/12 season she reached five top ten placements in the World Cup and thus achieved ninth place in the Aerials World Cup. At the Junior World Championships 2012 in Chiesa in Valmalenco she won the silver medal.
Due to injury, Huskowa missed the 2012/13 season. At the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi , she finished 21st. In the 2014/15 season , she was among the top ten in all six World Cup appearances. She achieved her first podium finish in Lake Placid with third place. At the season highlight, the 2015 World Championships on Kreischberg , she was sixth. She finished the season in fifth place in the Aerials World Cup. Her best World Cup placements in the 2015/16 season were two fourth places, in the 2016/17 season there were two fifth places.
Huskowa made her breakthrough to the top of the world in the 2017/18 season . She won a World Cup competition for the first time on December 16, 2017 in Secret Garden. Five more top 10 placements followed, including a third place, which resulted in second place in the Aerials discipline ranking. At the highlight of the season, the Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang , she surprisingly won the gold medal.
