Hanna Rahmé
Hanna Rahmé OLM (born July 18, 1960 in Aynata , Bekaa Governorate , Lebanon ) is the Maronite Bishop of Baalbek-Deir El-Ahmar .
Life
Hanna Rahmé joined the order of the Baladiten on August 6, 1979 and made perpetual profession on August 6, 1989 . He received on 29 July 1990, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
The Synod of Bishops of the Maronite Bishops, which met from March 10 to 14, 2015, elected him Bishop of Baalbek-Deir El-Ahmar. Pope Francis approved his election as Bishop of Baalbek-Deir El-Ahmar on June 20, 2015. The Maronite Patriarch of Antioch , Béchara Pierre Cardinal Raï OMM , donated him episcopal ordination on August 1st of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Bishop Emeritus of Baalbek-Deir El-Ahmar, Simon Atallah OAM , and the Apostolic Nuncio Emeritus in Kuwait , Bahrain , Yemen , Qatar and the United Arab Emirates , Archbishop Paul-Mounged El-Hachem .
