Hannah Elizabeth Keane (born May 7, 1993 in Sacramento County , California ) is an American football player .
Life
Keane attended St. Francis Catholic High School for two years and studied at CK McClatchy High School in Sacramento for two years . She then studied health communication at San Diego State University from 2011 to 2015 .
Career
As a player
Keane started her career in California with Union Sacramento FC and then played for California Rush in Apple Valley , San Bernardino County . With California Rush, she reached the Championship Game, the Cal Cup and the NorCal Premier Fall League. During her time at Rush, she played from 2007 to 2008 for the soccer team of the Saint Francis Troubadours, the Athletic Team of St. Francis High School and from 2009 to 2011 for the McClatchy Lions the Athletic Team, the CK McClatchy High School. In 2011 she continued her career with the Aztecs, the athletic team at San Diego State University, where Keane scored five goals and ten assists in 19 games in the first season of the NCAA Division 1. In the second season she was able to score seven goals and reached seven assists. In the third and penultimate year with the Aztecs, she was able to score twelve goals in 22 games and prepared four more goals.
During the 2014 semester break, she played for the San Diego SeaLions in the Women's Premier Soccer League , where she scored nine goals in five games. Keane scored five goals in 21 games in her final college year and set up five more goals. In total, she was able to achieve 29 goals in her university time for the SDSU, which meant fifth place in the history of the Aztecs. In 2016 she moved to Australia for Alamein FC , where she scored six goals in four games. She returned to the United States in early June 2016 and joined the Boston Breakers Reserve in the Women's Premier Soccer League.
On July 17, 2017, she signed with the women's Bundesliga club FF USV Jena in Germany , where she made her debut on September 9, 2017 against Werder Bremen , after a substitution for Jessica King in the 66th minute. In addition to five games in the Allianz Frauen Bundesliga, Keane played 15 games in the second team in the 2nd Bundesliga North and was the top goalscorer in Jena with ten goals. On August 21, 2018, around 2 months after leaving Jena , Keane signed with SC Braga in Portugal .
